Uses :
For cats and small dogs up to 5kg (11lb) give 1 capsule once a day.
For cats and small dogs between 5 and 10kg (11-22lb) give 2 capsules once a day.
Dosage : Directions for use: Oral route: Zylkene is a palatable, water soluble powder contained in a gelatin capsule. The capsule can be given whole, but it is preferable to open the capsule and mix the powder with food or a treat such as cheese or tuna. The average daily intake required is 15mg/kg and should be given once daily. The pet’s behaviour should be re-evaluated after a 15-30 day course, perhaps with concurrent behavioural therapy, and the daily intake modified if necessary. The period of use is 1-2 months, repeated according to veterinary advice
