	I would just like to thank you so much for seeing Busta. Busta is a 5 yr old English Bull Terrier Cross who thinks he is the boss !! You have given us so much to think about and the exercises are begining to work and we are getting use to the new rules as well. I can see Busta enjoying cuddles and praise more now that it is on our terms and not his. I shall keep you informed of his progress and again thank you for your time with him, I wish I had addressed this sooner.

	I have a very loving, yet problem-some 6 year old Rotty (Jaz). She is not straight forward by any means, however her love and kindness is endless. But her foot chewing is driving me round the bend. Over the last 3 years I have contacted Sally-Ann who has come out to visit Jaz 3 times now. Each time due to our changing life styles we have had to use different tactics and training with Jaz. BUT WITH HARD-WORK, THEY HAVE WORKED. I now feel that with Sally-Ann's help I understand her a little more each day. Many Many Thanks

	Many thanks for your visit on Friday - we both learned loads. Asia loves all the positive praise and she has started to respond brilliantly to my commands. In fact, all in all, I think she quite likes being subservient to me as she is doing everything I tell her without too many problems. Once again, thanks for your expert help and advice.
