	Dear Sally We are writing to thank you for helping us prepare Harvey for the arrival of our baby Rhys. We followed the advice you gave us and we noticed a change in Harvey straight away. I was aware that I was Harvey's biggest problem - by following his care plan I was able to rectify the problem and we had positive results. The baby CD to desensitise Harvey to baby sounds has worked - Harvey has accepted baby Rhys and is not affected by crying or the attention that we are paying towards our baby. Harvey is now accepting visitors coming to our home. Thank you so much for your advice. As you are aware, we have tried other training and were beginning to get concerned that Harvey would not be able to stay with us once our baby had arrived but thanks to your counselling, this has not had to happen. 	Hi Sally, We thought it was about time we wrote to thank you again for your help with Blaze and update you on his progress! He has become a little star in the house, we could see the difference in the first 48 hours! He is so much happier and so are we. He loves his kong (it only lasts him 30 mins max though!) and he really likes playing sit and stay on his mat. He has improved so much that Chris is finally going to finish decorating!! We are now trying to get him out of the house and into the garden. He's escaped twice so far and pulled the gate off its hinges, but its early days yet!! We are also thinking about getting a puppy to keep him company, but aren't sure if it'll help or just be double the trouble! Anyway, thank you again for all your help! Gemma, Chris and Blaze

	Hi Sally Things are going very well with Noir and Simon. if it hadn't been for you i am sure that Noir would no longer be with us. your advise was invaluable and really helped us through a difficult time. Both cats get along quite well now. Neville and i went away for a month at xmas and they were put in a wonderful boarding facility. I was scared to death but Noir adapted beautifully and there was not one problem. He seems much less anxious now and the only time that he seems to go after Simon is when he is stressed out. the other day a cat came to the back door and both of them became agitated. i knew how to handle it however and all went well. Thank you for all your help. You really saved our lives and the lives of our pet. I'm much more aware now of reading their emotions. As ever, Fran
