	I want to say a big thank you from Bobby and me for your wonderful advice. Bobby has been such a good boy ever since you worked your magic and has really been enjoying all the new tasks I have been asking him to do. I have been enjoying him again as he really was born to please. He has taken to heal work really well, my husband could not believe the transformation. Best of all, this morning I asked the owner of one of Bobby's arch enemies to walk with us. It was an amazing experience as, although Bobby did his best fierce growling act at first, he soon settled and we were able to have a really pleasant walk together with the dogs falling happily in line with us. I would never have thought that possible before your visit. Your clear and kindly worded explanations of what it's like for a dog in our world have given me renewed enthusiasm and confidence to start enjoying my dog again."

	When my vet first recommended that I take my kitten to see a behaviourist, I was really surprised. I had never heard anything about it before, but it is the best thing I have ever done! I was having huge problems with my 7 month old bengal/maine coon cross. He was very well behaved during the day, but a complete nightmare at night. He shredded a leather bed, pulled the carpet up and was hurting himself if he was locked away. I hadn't slept through the night for months and I was at my wits end. Sally really helped us out, and gave us loads of ways to make Jak's nights more interesting so that he didn't disturb us. We have been following Jak's new routine for a couple of weeks now, and I can already see a huge improvement. Thank you sooo much Sally!!

	What can I say!? Sally is fantastic and her advice/help has made a dramatic difference to my dog Onyx. Back in January this year my feisty Jack Russell had a bit of a temper tantrum and bit my neighbours ankle; not hard but he wasn't very nice,showing his teeth and snarling quite horribly. He was also very aggresive where food was concerned and rarely obedient to my requests. I had to get help and that's where Sally comes in. From just one quick phone call, advice was flying my way immediately in a kind, considerate and understanding fashion. People can get rather judgemental of naughty dogs but Sally was comletely the opposite. Thanks Sally! Sally came to my house and taught me how to understand doggy behaviour properly. This radically changed my relationship with Onyx and with a few months of hard work and being very disciplined with my terrier, I can honestly say we're on our way to being a much happier, settled and disciplined team. Onyx is calmer as a result of the training and I can certainly say that Sally's comprehensive and friendly service has been the main help to achieving this. We've still got a long way to go, but I feel more confident as a dog owner, plus with Onyx being much better behaved we actually get to enjoy each others company! Got doggy problems?
