	Not knowing anything about dogs. We called Sally to come out to our home and meet Bramble our 8 week old Labrador puppy. She was fantastic! Sally was with us about 4 hours. In that time, she taught our pup how to sit and told us exactly what to do and what not to do. It was very easy to put into practice. It totally made sense and worked! All was going well for 2 months then Bramble started to play up for me. So out came Sally and gave me more great tips. Again, it has worked like magic and I feel completly back in control! Sally is at the end of the phone or email if I do have any concerns. Bramble is a very calm and well behaved pup and that's all down to Sally's help.. So thank you so much Sally!

	Sept 2011 We had taken on two rescue cats (Millie and Maisie). Maisie was very nervous and Millie was very much the boss cat and would attack on sight. Thanks to the advice from Sally, although I must add, it did take months to happen, we now have two cats that have learnt to live together. They are not the best of friends but they have learnt to tolerate each other. At the start of them being together Millie used to attack Maisie but am glad to say that they now sleep in the same room as us at night. What an achievement.

	We would like to say a big thanks to sally for helping us to continue to have faith in out jimmy long legs!! we had little information from the rehoming centre and after some near misses with other dogs and humans!. We needed some help sally came and assesed us and jimmy she devised a plan to restore his faith in all. And several months later and following his plan from Sally we now have a much calmer and happier work in progress thanks you so much sally we couldnt have done it without you!!
