Charges

FEES:
All fees chargeable will be discussed and confirmed during the first telephone contact and will be payable at the time of the consultation.

CONSULTATION PROCEDURE
Once a convenient appointment has been established, the first consultation should be attended by all family members, if possible. The duration of which can take 2-3 hours (depending on the nature of the problem).

You will be asked many questions relating to your dogs behaviour, his environment and daily routine.

A diagnosis will be made and a course of treatment advised.

Ongoing help and advice will be available by telephone or e mail, FREE of charge. Although it is unusual, it may be necessary to arrange a second visit (depending on the nature of the problem). This is chargeable, but at a reduced rate. One to one training sessions (walking/socialisation etc) are charged by the hour. Please ask for current rates in your area.

COMMITMENT
There is seldom a "MIRACLE" cure that occurs overnight. It will take a lot of time, patience and dedication to achieve results.

Your commitment to carry out the advised treatment is essential to ensure the desired results.

FAILURE
Unfortunately, in a few cases, 100% success cannot be guaranteed. Beware of any canine behaviourists or psychologists that promise otherwise.

Pay for your telephone/email consultation now ... a suitable time slot will be arranged between us. The consultation usually lasts approx 1 1/2 hours, during which time an action plan will be formulated. You will also receive a written report of the consultation. £80.00

Do not despair! - Help is available.

The first step to a well behaved pet is to fully understand it's behaviour. Behaviour therapy involves looking at all aspects of the pet's problems and the pet-human relationship.
Although there are never any miracle cures, with hard work, love and consistency, even the most difficult and frustrating problems can be dramatically improved/solved using Behaviour Therapy. The result? A well-trained, happy pet that is a pleasure to own and an owner who has a better understanding of the problems - knowing that there is always support and help available.
